1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and process your personal data and outlines your rights as a data subject.

1.2. This Privacy Policy applies when you use SingleList, a web-based software as a service (SaaS) ("SingleList"), accessible at www.singlelist.io (the "Website"), as our client or on behalf of our client.

  1. In this Privacy Policy, "personal data" ("Personal Data") means any information or set of information that can directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name, surname, email address, and other similar information.
  2. When processing Personal Data, we comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) ("GDPR"), other applicable laws, and guidelines set by relevant supervisory authorities.
  3. If you use SingleList, we assume you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please cease all interaction with us.
  4. Security is very important to us. We take all reasonable measures to protect Personal Data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including market-standard security and encryption measures.
  5. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy; therefore, we recommend reviewing it regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. ABOUT US

  1. We are LLC SingleList, a private limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 307113879, registered office address: Palanga, Kuršių tak. 20C K3-2, LT-00317, Lithuania, acting as the SingleList administrator ("Company" or "we").

2.2. When you use SingleList, we may act as a data processor or a data controller, depending on the nature of the personal data processing while using SingleList:

  1. When we process Personal Data on your behalf (e.g., searches performed, saved real estate lists, etc.), we act as a data processor. When we act as your data processor, the Data Processing Addendum applies to the processing of Personal Data. Please read the Data Processing Addendum to understand the scope and nature of processing, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2.2.2. When we process Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy, we act as an independent data controller.

2.3. This Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and the Data Processing Addendum together explain how we provide the SingleList service and how Personal Data is processed using it. Before using SingleList, please take the time to read all these documents.

3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. We may collect your Personal Data in the following ways:

3.1.1. Directly from you, when you provide us with your Personal Data. For example, when you create an account on SingleList and start using it;

3.1.2. When we collect your Personal Data while you are using SingleList, such as usage history, SingleList settings, and similar information.

3.2. If you provide Personal Data about yourself or others, it is your responsibility to ensure it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, as well as to obtain necessary consents from other individuals or inform them that you are sharing their Personal Data with us. We may ask you to confirm that you have the right to share such data with us.

4. PURPOSES, CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA, RETENTION PERIODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS

4.1. We process your Personal Data for the following purposes and under the following conditions:

Evidence of your consent to our Terms of Use will be stored for the duration of our relationship and 10 years after termination.

Account data is stored for 6 months after the end of service provision.

Processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Legitimate interests of the Company to ensure account quality and provide services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

SingleList support and communication Email address, phone number (if requested), communication topic and content, and any data necessary to solve problems/questions. Data is stored for the duration of communication and up to 1 year after the end of communication (last message).

Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) expressed by contacting us and our legitimate interest to provide help (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Contractual necessity if the inquiry concerns the performance of the service agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Payment processing, accounting, and debt management Name, surname, company name (if client is a company), bank account number, last 4 digits of the card, and other information required for this purpose. Data is stored in accordance with Lithuanian laws regulating financial operations; if no specific term is set, for 10 years from the date of payment.

Necessity for contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Compliance with legal obligations regarding financial accounting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

Legitimate interests to manage financial operations and debts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

SingleList administration, development, and security maintenance IP address, data collected through cookies/settings, device data (OS, browser type), activity data in SingleList (login time, preferences, technical errors, etc.).

As specified in the Cookie banner, otherwise up to 2 years from collection.

Service-related data stored for the account duration and 6 months after termination.

Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Legitimate interests to ensure smooth operation, development, and security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing notifications about new listings matching your needs Email address, selected notification frequency, and content. No longer than 2 years from consent or until withdrawal. Evidence of consent stored for 2 years after withdrawal. Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Resolution of disputes and claims Name, surname, email, represented client, relationship with client, content of the claim/documentation, and related dispute information. For the duration of the dispute and 10 years after resolution (or after the final court decision becomes effective).

Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

Legitimate interests to exercise or defend legal claims (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4.2. Personal Data may be stored longer than indicated above only when: it is necessary to defend against claims; there are suspicions of illegal activity; or required by law.

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) FUNCTIONS

5.1. Some SingleList features are based on AI functions provided by a third party – Microsoft. If you use these features, we process your queries and interactions on your behalf as a data processor, subject to the Data Processing Addendum.

5.2. Since AI functions are supported by Microsoft, we recommend reviewing their privacy practices: Microsoft Azure AI Privacy.

6. PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING

6.1. We process Personal Data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, ensuring it is accurate and used only for defined, legitimate purposes.

7. PROVISION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

7.1. We may share your data with partners (lawyers, auditors) and processors (hosting, email marketing, payment providers).

7.2. We may disclose data to law enforcement, courts, or other authorities as required by law.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

8.1. You have the right to be informed, the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

9. NOTIFICATIONS

9.1. You may consent to receive real estate listing alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the message or your account settings.

10. SECURITY

10.1. We implement physical and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or destruction.
